ICAN is an online book keeping system developed jointly with Nigel Hinton of Andrews, Orme & Hinton Chartered Accountants. The main aim of the system is to provide accountants with a simple yet powerful system that they can sell on to their clients to manage day to day transactions, but that they can oversee and access whenever.
The system is now in beta and has been used by a number of companies for almost a year. It currently supports many useful features such as:

- Recording receipts and payments to multiple bank accounts and credit cards
- Upload and attach scanned receipts

- Download all transactions as a complete Excel workbook: Money In, Money Out, Invoices and Analysis
- Record Mileage
- Create reminders, such as repeat billing and tax deadlines
- Create multiple users with defined roles such as Report Viewers and Editors
